Stephanie Wood

I’m a freelance web editor and writer with over ten years’ experience in creating compelling online content, specialising in fashion, beauty, women’s lifestyle, travel, celebrity and entertainment.

I started my career at ASOS.com, the global fashion etail store and a pioneer in the editorialisation of retail. I spent five years at ASOS, where my roles as Online Fashion Writer and Email Editor involved planning and writing fashion and beauty features, blog posts and email newsletters, styling shoots and contributing to ASOS Magazine.

After ASOS, I joined Stylist magazine as Online Editor, where I was charged with growing and developing the brand’s newly launched digital platform, Stylist.co.uk, as well as its Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Most recently, I was Senior Editor at MSN Lifestyle, where I was responsible for overseeing the content strategy and calendar across the female-orientated channel, and also contributed to the travel and health & fitness channels.

I have also worked as a freelance writer and editor, with media clients including the Daily Mirror’s 3am.co.uk, and Time Inc websites including Now and List For Life, and retail clients including TriumphGANT, DAY Birger et Mikkelsen, Gio-Goi and Target.

My areas of expertise include:

* Digital Content: Features, news, picture galleries, video, blog posts, opinion pieces, email newsletters and more

* Editorial Development: Planning and implementation of editorial strategy

* Social Media: Running of and strategy for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo and Pinterest
